RaoRishta offers paid membership plans that unlock platform features for a defined period. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the pricing, features, and duration shown at checkout.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may be considered if a duplicate payment was made for the same account and plan.
  • Refunds may be considered if payment was successful but the purchased membership was not activated.
  • Refunds may be considered when a technical issue prevents access to paid features and our support team cannot resolve it.

Non-Refundable Cases

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once paid features have been activated or used. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, lack of matches, profile rejection due to inaccurate information, account suspension for policy violations, or failure to use the membership during its active period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with your registered name, registered phone or email, payment date, payment method, transaction reference, and the reason for the request. Requests should be submitted as soon as possible after the payment issue is noticed.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or mobile wallet service.

Payment Method Issues

If a refund cannot be issued to the original payment method, RaoRishta may request additional verification before arranging an alternative refund method.
